1.1 – SALE PRICES
All product prices are inclusive of VAT, deposit for the out of order return and separate shipping costs.
1.2 – ORDERS
Once the purchase procedure has been completed, the Customer is required to keep a copy of the order and these General Conditions of Sale.
1.3 – BILLING
The ordered items will be shipped together with the accompanying invoice. Each document will be included in the product package to be
sent to the Customer.
1.4 – SHIPMENTS
Online orders are processed immediately upon receipt of payment or at the latest by the following working day.
Items are shipped by express courier. The Customer must put his signature on the receipt of the courier who is
delivering the items ordered. It is recommended to be present at the collection of the package or to authorize a trusted person to collect it.
For reasons of force majeure (strikes, interruptions or delays in transport, server inactivity, etc.), such as to prevent regular order management,
D-Air Lab Srl through the shop.dairlab.com website is relieved of any liability towards the Customer, who will not be entitled to any compensation
for any damage, even indirect, suffered by the same.
1.5 – PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products offered for sale on shop.dairlab.com are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of delivery for the private customer.
The warranty is limited to the product sold.
1.6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
D-Air Lab Srl (owner of dairlab.com and related subdomains) ensures the possibility of withdrawal in full compliance with the rules on cancellation
and return of goods purchased online only for private consumers who do not have a VAT number ( art.5 law DL 22 May 1999 – n.185).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return it within 30 days from the date of receipt,
as long as it has not been used or has not suffered any type of damage or tampering.
Returns are not accepted without prior authorization from D-Air Lab Srl. For this purpose, please strictly adhere to the return
procedure specified in the following chapter “3 – Return Conditions”.
1.7 – JURISDICTION
The Court of Vicenza (Italy) is competent for any dispute.
2 – PAYMENTS
We accept orders only within the Italian territory, with the following payment methods:
– Credit / Debit Card or Your Account through Paypal and Stripe certified platforms
2.1 – CREDIT CARDS
All major credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard.
In no case D-Air Lab Srl can become aware of your credit card data as the transaction is managed in complete autonomy by Paypal.
This procedure is absolutely safe and fully guarantees both the buyer and the merchant (D-Air Lab srl).
3 – RETURN CONDITIONS
According to the D.L. 22 May 1999, n. 185, which governs the right of withdrawal, the private customer (not in possession of a VAT number)
who has purchased from the shop.dairlab.com website and is not fully satisfied with the product received, can return it or request its
replacement within 30 days of date of receipt. The goods must be returned to:

3.1 – PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
The shipping costs of the replacement product are borne by D-Air Lab srl, provided that the new product has a value equal to or greater
than the one replaced. (Note – You will not be able to opt for a refund in the event of a return of a product that has already been replaced,
but you will only be entitled to exchange goods. If you make more than one return linked to the same order, shipping costs will be applied).
In the event of a defective product, the Customer must promptly contact Customer Service (within 48 hours of receipt) on tel 0444 1429920
and provide the accompanying invoice number attached to the package together with their telephone number.
D-Air Lab srl, after verifying and effectively checking for defects in materials or workmanship, undertakes to replace the item as soon as possible
and in the case of temporary stock unavailability, the Customer may decide to wait for the times communicated to supply or opt for a refund.
3.2 – REFUND
In the event of a refund request by the Customer, D-Air Lab srl will refund the entire amount paid, excluding shipping costs and any ancillary costs,
within 30 working days from the return of the goods, by reversing the amount on the credit card or by bank transfer, upon communication of the bank
account details by the customer (current account code of the invoice holder).
3.4 – TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE OF RETURNS
D-Air Lab srl accepts returns only if the following conditions are met:
– Each returned product must be returned perfectly intact, under penalty of the return of the purchased product to the sender and relative shipping
– Each returned item must be provided with its original packaging and related equipment (warranty, accessories, etc.).
– The shipment of the item to be returned is at the expense of the Customer. In case of damage to the Product during transport,
D-Air Lab srl will accept the goods with “RESERVE OF CONTROL” and will promptly inform the Customer for the related complaint to the courier
to obtain compensation. shop.dairlab.com is not liable for damage, theft or loss of goods returned without insurance.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal as a result of any of the aforementioned conditions, D-Air Lab srl will make the purchased good
available to the Customer and at the same time will cancel the request for withdrawal. The shipping costs for returning the product to the customer
will be charged to the same.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by the Customer upon written communication sent by fax to D-Air Lab srl at 0444 1429929 or by filling out
the return form available online.
3.5 – OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
The Customer undertakes, once the “online” purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep the Conditions of Sale which, moreover, are deemed to be accepted with the completion of the purchase contract, as well as the product specifications object of the purchase, in order to fully satisfy the conditions of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999.
The Customer releases D-Air Lab srl from any liability arising from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to incorrect data entered by the same.
3.6 – RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To start the return procedure, the Customer must fill in the return form to receive the “Return Authorization Number”.
This code must then be reported in the transport document attached to the product at the time of shipment.
To make the return proceed as follows:
- Make sure you have read the return acceptance conditions indicated above.
- Access the Return Form by clicking on the “RETURN REQUEST” link and save a copy of it on your PC.
- Once completed, save the form and send it to email@example.com
- D-Air Lab srl will send an email containing the “Return Authorization No.”.
- Follow the instructions contained in the email and send the goods to the address and in the manner indicated therein.
